Pages

PolyBoard gives you 4 pages to store different musical setups. Switch instantly during performance - no menu diving.

Each page remembers:

  • Root note - C, D, E, F, G, A, B (and sharps/flats)
  • Scale type - Major, Minor, Pentatonic, Dorian, etc. (10 scales)
  • Octave - Where on the keyboard you’re playing
  • Interval - The vertical jump between rows (m3, M3, P4, P5)
  • MIDI channel - Route each page to a different instrument (0-15)
  • Aftertouch mode - Channel pressure or polyphonic
  • Velocity curve - Linear, Soft, Hard, or Fixed
  • Transpose - Scale-relative transposition (-7 to +7 degrees)

Note: Scale lock is a global setting that applies to all pages.

Use the page buttons at the top: 1 2 3 4

Tap any page button to switch. The active page stays lit.

Each page can be assigned to a different MIDI channel, letting you control multiple instruments from a single PolyBoard.

This lets you route each page to a different instrument:

  • Page 1 on channel 1 = Piano
  • Page 2 on channel 2 = Bass
  • Page 3 on channel 10 = Drums
  • Page 4 on channel 3 = Lead synth

Want the same setup on multiple pages with small tweaks?

  1. Hold the source page button
  2. Tap the target page button

All settings copy over (including MIDI channel, velocity curve, etc.). Then adjust as needed.

Page settings are saved to flash memory when exiting Setup mode. Your configuration persists across power cycles - just turn on and play.
